We offer a FREE service to landlords looking for new tenants. We will:
- Advertise your property on our office rental list and property websites including www.trademe.co.nz & www.realestate.co.nz & www.firstnational.co.nz & www.fnhowick.co.nz (there may be additional charge for advertising in print media)
- Show prospective tenants through the property
- Recommend a suitable tenant and facilitate an opportunity for you to meet and approve them if you wish
- Offer prospective tenants to register for free alerts (via text or email) of new rental listings that suit their specific criteria
- Check tenant references and identification and a credit check
- Complete all the paperwork, including tenancy agreement, for the successful tenant
- Collect the first weeks rent and the bond and send the bond off to the bond centre
- All your money is safely kept in our Trust account
