Our industry is overseen by the Real Estate Agents Authority which is a Crown entity established under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.

The REAA provides consumer information to those thinking of buying or selling a property, including information on topics such as agents and licensing, contractual arrangements, sales options, sole agency, marketing and risks to consumers.
